Free & Reduced Meal Facts
Children from households that meet Federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price meals. Families may apply to participate in the program at any time during the school year. For the 2008 - 2009 school year, a "Family Application" is used. This means that only one application per family is required. To apply for free or reduced meals, complete and sign Free & Reduced application and return it to the school cafeteria manager. Please fill out all required information, as we cannot approve an application that is incomplete.

Important News WS/FCS Child Nutrition Department Free & Reduced Meal Application for 2008-2009 School Year are available at the Child Nutrition Office. You may apply during the hours of 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. The Child Nutrition Department is located at: 2266 Marble Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
Free & Reduced Lunch Application Process
To apply for Free and Reduced Priced Meals, please fill out an application, sign it and return it to your child’s school cafeteria manager or to the Child Nutrition Office at 2266 Marble Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. Applications are available from your child's cafeteria manager or at the Child Nutrition Office. Below is a sample of the application.
