Welcome to your Chartwells School Dining Services website for Spartanburg County School District One. We serve over 5,450 meals daily with the goal of providing a quality education for each student. We are proud of our 10 schools and the opportunities that they offer. Spartanburg School District One is one of seven school districts in Spartanburg County that covers Inman, New Prospect, Campobello, Holly Springs and Landrum areas of Spartanburg County.
When it comes in innovative programs, no one serves students better than Chartwells. As the leader in the school dining service industry, Chartwells has the experience and insight to provide carefully planned and well-balanced meals that appear to the younger appetites. It has been Chartwells commitment for decades to provide these customized solutions to help kids achieve at the highest levels.
Chartwells in conjunction with Spartanburg School District One received recognition and were awarded the Bronze Award in the Healthier US Challenge for all elementary schools. This award recognizes the ongoing effort to promote healthy nutritious meals that offer whole grains and nutrient rich fruits and vegetables daily to the students of Spartanburg School District One.
We are exceited about the upcoming 2012-2013 school year where our focus will be on the importance of fresh fruits & vegetables in our daily diet. We will use our new "Simply Good" campaign to help bring awareness as well as additional focus on fruit and vegetables. Snack and beverage offerings on our Healthy Classroom Celebrations menu meet's Chartwells precise Balance Choices nutritional standards.
