Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Parents may apply for meal benefits at any time throughout the school year.

Children from households that meet Federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price meals. Families may apply to participate in the program at any time during the school year. For the 2010- 2011 school year, a "Family Application" is used. This means that only one application per family is required. To apply for free or reduced meals, complete and sign Free & Reduced application and return it to your child's school or the MPS Foodservice Office at Central Middle School, Room #108.  Parents will receive a letter in the mail to inform them of their eligibility for free or reduced meals.  Children are then automatically changed in the POS registers at all schools to reflect their current eligibility once approved. Questions? Contact MPS Food & Nutrition office at 923-5062.
