Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Children from households that meet Federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price meals. Families may apply to participate in the program at any time during the school year. A "Family Application" is used and means that only one application per family is required. To apply for free or reduced meals, complete and sign the Free & Reduced application and return it to the school office. Please make sure you include all information or the app will be considered incomplete. If you have multiple children in the school system, please list their name and school on the application. Chartwells does not see, approve or deny the application for free or reduced meals.
