Meal Payment Options

Students have the opportunity to pre-pay for the meals they purchase
from our cafeterias.

Using Online Service:
Deposit funds directly into your student's meal accounts using a check, credit card, or debit card at www.mealpayplus.com or by calling 877-290-7634.  Create a free secured account for each of your students using their school student ID number.  There is no cost to create an account, set up low balance email notifications, or check purchase history and account balances.  A program fee of 4.75% of the total transaction applies each time you make a deposit.  Funds will usually be available for student use at school within a matter of  minutes.

Using Check:
Parents can send a check made out to Kimberly Area School District.  Please have student's name and ID number on the memo line on the check. 

Using Cash:
Cash payments should be in an envelope with student's name, ID number, and amount of payment clearly marked on the front of the envelope. 

Cash & Check Payments:
Elementary students and Intermediate students can give payment to their teacher.  Middle school students can put their payment in the designated lock box located in the cafeteria or can give their payment to a cashier.  High School students can give their payment to a cashier.
