The Kimberly Public Schools Wellness Advisory Board has created the district's Wellness Policy. The Wellness Policy was developed in accordance with the National School Lunch Program's Reauthorization Act. The act requires all public school districts produce a detailed policy that addresses the health and well-being of all students. To view the Wellness Policy, please go to:

Student Allergies

Don't keep quiet about food allergies....

If certain foods make your child sick, please let the school know.  If we have your child's restrictions on file, we can protect your child effectively.  The first step is to notify the school AND Chartwells.  The DPI Severe Allergy Form needs to be completed and signed by a physician.

You can find the Chartwells Eating and Feeding Evaluation Form below which can be downloaded and printed.  Return the form to your child's school or mail to:
