Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Children from households that meet Federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price meals. Families may apply to participate in the program at any time during the school year. For the 2011 - 2012 school year, a "Family Application" is used. This means that only one application per family is required. To apply for free or reduced meals, complete and sign the Free & Reduced application listed below and return the application to the Administration Building or to your child's school. Should you have any question while completing the application, please contact Pat at 788-7900. Chartwells does not see, approve or deny the application for free or reduced meals.
