Meal Payment Options
Free and Reduced Information Applications available on the meal prices tab of this website; at the Principle's office of each school; and the Business office of the Hayward Community School District.
The district uses a computerized food service program to record payments, purchases and account balances fro each student. Each student has his/her own lunch number and this number is entered each time they purchase lunch or breakfast. Your money is deposited into a family account. If you have more than one child in the district, even in different schools, you do not need to send separate checks or make separate deposits.
Checks must include the student's name, building, account number and the amount to be applied to that account and should be made payable to Hayward Community School District. You may deposit weekly, monthly, each semester or yearly into your account at any building or through the mail. You also have the option to have payments automatically withdrawn electronically from your checking account or charged to your credit card at any time.
