Students may deposit money into their food service account at any time. We prefer these deposits be in the form of a personal check payable to: Evergreen School District.
On your check, please indicate your student's name and pin number. A pin number is a random number assigned to your student to access their food service account only. If you or your student don't know or have a pin number, please contact the school kitchen manager or school secretary for additional assistance.

If a check is returned by your bank for insufficient funds, the face value of the check will be debited from the student's account, leaving a negative balance. Student's cannot purchase regular meals or ala carte items with a negative balance.

Online Food Service Payments Now Possible

Evergreen Public Schools is happy to announce the launch of a new feature which will allow parents to make credit card payments directly to their students’ food service accounts in real-time. Here are some highlights of the new service:

When parents/guardians view the Food Service information in Family Access, a "Make Online Payment" button will now be available. Clicking this will take the parent/guardian to a website.
The parent/guardian will need to create an account before making a payment. A credit card number will be requested for the transaction, but will not be stored.
A convenience fee of $1.50 will be charged to the credit card for each payment applied. Since each student has their own account, the convenience fee is also per student.
