Meal Payment Options
In 2010, the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District implemented a new computerized Point of Sale (POS) system that allows students/parents access to student meal accounts. While cash may always be used to pay for meals and snacks, it is now possible to pre-pay with money that is available on the student's account. You may add money to any student's account with cash, check or on-line with a credit/debit card or checking account.

Cafeteria Information
Cash Parents can send their child to school with cash to pay for student meals. If you would like to prepay for future meals with cash, the student must inform the cafeteria cashier that they would like to add the cash to their account. The cashier will add the cash to student accounts and inform the student of their balance. Students should wait for the cashier to inform them of their current balance.
Checks Parents can send their child to school with a check or money order made payable to BRRSD to prepay for student meals. If you would like to prepay for future meals with a check, the student's name or 4 digit PIN must be noted in the memo section of the check. The cashier will add the check balance to the student account, and inform the student of their balance. Students should wait for the cashier to inform them of their current balance. If checks are returned from the bank with insufficient funds, the amount will be deducted from the student account. Future checks may not be accepted.
On-Line Payments Parents can go on-line to pay for student meals with credit card or check. In order to do this, you must have your student's 8-digit ID number, which is available by calling the food service office (508-279-3405) or by sending the food service office an email. Send e-mail to brfoodservice@bridge-rayn.org. Log on to MyPaymentsPlus.com.and open an account using the 8 digit PIN and student's name. MyPaymentsPlus has many options for you to choose from, including features that allow you to automatically add funds to accounts when balances are low, e-mail alert reminders, and the ability to see details of purchases made. Please be aware that MyPaymentsPlus charges an additional 4.75% transaction fee to all on-line payments.
