Meal Payment Options

Note: All account balances will roll over to the 2011-12 school year.

On-line Option:
Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to add their to their child(ren)'s account(s) on-line; the account may be used for any meal, a la carte, and or extra menu item purchase (note: *4.99% on-line for adding funds online).  Just click on the link below and create an account today.  You may also review the last 30 days of purchases and/or deposits on your child(ren)'s account at no charge. 

*Fee doesn't go to AISD Food Service; goes directly to Cybersoft who maintains their own secure website & downloads information to/from our POS system daily.

Check and Cash:
Please make your check out to AISD Food Service, with your child's name in the memo section of the check. If you have more than one child attending the same school, you may write one check, just provides us with names and amounts to apply to each account.  When sending cash or check, please put in a secure envelope labeled Lunch Money, with your child's name on it. They may bring it to the cafeteria and give to the cashier as they go thru the serving line. 
 
If checks are returned to AISD Food Service Department with NSF, there will be a $30.00 (plus tax) Total $32.48 fee collected from CheckSmart.

We encourage you to write your child(ren)'s name(s) in the memo section of your check & pin number if you know that number (number they use on the key pad, not student ID number). Please follow the same procedure when sending cash, just write the information on the outside of an envelope.
