Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Children from households that meet Federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price meals. Families may apply to participate in the program at any time during the school year. For the 2011-2012 school year, a "Family Application" is used. This means that only one application per family is required.
To apply for free or reduced meals, complete and sign Free & Reduced application and return it to the school principal. Chartwells does not see, approve or deny the application for free or reduced meals. We execute the process once completed by providing you and your child with free or reduced status letter mailed to your residence.
You may contact Gail Penka at 326-1266 for further assistance.
